Complaints Policy

We are doing our best to ensure you will enjoy the content provided. If you have a complaint for any reason, please fill out this form. All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days.

We take pride in our work and our team is working diligently to surpass your expectations. This is why we publish our Core Values for everyone to see and hold us accountable. If you feel we are falling short of our promise to you or you would like to report content that you believe may be illegal or otherwise in violation of our standards, please send us your detailed feedback along with the direct link to the content you would like to report to support@sboz.com. All submissions will be reviewed, investigated and resolved within seven (7) business days. The outcomes of our investigation could be: (1) we approve / agree with your complaint and will remove the content, and if necessary, will report it to the proper authorities; or (2) we disapprove of your complaint and will deny taking any further action. If you do not agree with the decision made and action taken, you can submit an appeal directly to legal@sboz.com with a detailed explanation of your appeal and our legal team will review and resolve your appeal within seven (7) business days in a similar manner to how the original complaint was processed.
